Switching from physical to digital impressions enables direct communication with your lab and improved precision in your restorative work. Primescan delivers fast and precise digital impressions and offers a more comfortable experience for your patients. Dentsply Sirona offers three solutions:

• Primescan 2* is beyond wireless, scanning directly to the cloud without being attached to a computer, tablet or laptop.  

• The Primescan with acquisition center is a cart solution that has a large touchscreen to enable effective patient communication on dental issues and treatments. 

• Primescan Connect offers the same quality digital impressions but with the flexibility of a laptop.

Primescan intraoral scanners are compatible with all major lab software, enabling you to enhance your partnership with a preferred lab. Primescan solutions also can integrate with the full CEREC workflow as your practice expands its CAD/CAM capabilities. Primescan 2 requires an active, paid subscription to DS Core. For full CEREC capabilities, Primescan 2 requires CEREC Software 5.3 and a workstation.
