      How do I know if my office can accommodate the new equipment or item?

      The Patterson Tech Edge service team will schedule a free site inspection with our Equipment Specialist. Our team will review the equipment you are interested in, check your space, IT needs, and more. We then will advise what other steps may be required before the installation. We are with you every step of the way.

      How much does it cost to install?

      If you purchase any item over $2000, installation is FREE.

      Are all the items on the overstock website new?

      Yes and no. Many items on the website are brand new, never used items that are just over stock, or we are making room for newer items. Items could be just an open box that we cannot return to the manufacturer. Some items were installed in an office briefly and then returned. Contact us for more details.

      Do the items on the website come with a warranty?

      Yes, if there is a balance of a manufacturer's warranty, you will receive that.

      Do you offer any financing for the in-stock and overstock inventory?

      Yes, you can use Patterson financing for any order over $1000.00, learn more about financing options.

      How and when do I pay?

      You will be invoiced after installation and payment is due on receipt of invoice.

      Want to add desired items to your cart?

      When you check out, your order will be reserved. You won’t be charged until a local Patterson Dental representative meets with you and installs your equipment. A representative will reach out within 24 hours to confirm the details - answer any questions, ensure the products are a perfect fit for your practice, and schedule both installation and payment.
